The only suvivor of the Tiers, a once well to do family of the Arcona upper class. His grandfather was a Governor, assuring their place among the prestigous. Sadly, the family fell to corrpulence, blowing their wealth on seemingly random vices.

A well known hallucinogen for Arconanians, Tol's father became a rageing abuser. Many of his family killed for gambling debts, more fell to salt. Eventually, they all died out. This left Tol the sole heir of a dead empire.

Seeing nothing but rot and ruin left for him, Tol left, with the intentions of becoming an ace fighter jockey. He fell, like his fore-fathers, into the stagnant pit of the underworld, with only Jawa Juice to sustain him.

Finally comming to his senes, Tol once again re-established himself as pilot, this time for the Tion Hegemony.
